For agencies and employers

A responsive Scotland partner for international mobility teams.

BenScot supports controlled pilot assignments, white-label delivery and documented local coordination for partners that need Scotland depth or a UK–CEE bridge.

BenScot is positioned as a local operational supplier, not a lead broker seeking uncontrolled referrals. The partner model begins with scope, compliance and reporting requirements, followed by a controlled pilot assignment.

  4. Deliver, close and review before expanding the scope.
Partner assurance: BenScot will not claim regulated status, geographic coverage or professional competence that has not been verified and documented.

Discuss a partnership

Service-level expectations

For each assignment, the partner and BenScot agree acknowledgement time, first-action deadline, client-contact protocol, reporting cadence, expense approval, out-of-hours limits and escalation contacts. Urgent property access or a rapidly changing viewing schedule is handled differently from a planned orientation assignment, so service levels are matched to the task rather than described with one unrealistic promise.

Data and client ownership

White-label and disclosed assignments follow the partner’s approved client-contact rules. BenScot uses assignment data only for delivery, record keeping and legitimate compliance purposes. The end client is not added to unrelated marketing. Documents are requested only when necessary, and highly sensitive records should be exchanged through an approved secure method rather than ordinary email.

Quality review after a pilot

The pilot review covers response time, accuracy, client communication, reporting usefulness, expenses, exceptions and any scope ambiguity. A wider supplier relationship begins only after both parties agree what should be repeated, corrected or excluded.
