Services

Cross-border services with a clearly defined local scope.

Choose a focused service or combine several into one coordinated client journey. Every brief begins by confirming geography, regulated activities, deliverables and responsible professionals.

Each service page defines its ideal client, deliverables, workflow and exclusions. This prevents a common cross-border problem: several providers assuming that somebody else owns the next step.

Service boundary: BenScot is a coordination and practical-support business. Legal, conveyancing, notarial, mortgage, tax, immigration, valuation, structural and regulated letting work is supplied separately by appropriately authorised professionals.

Choose the service by the decision it must support

A service should not be selected only because a task sounds familiar. A remote viewing is appropriate when the immediate decision is whether to continue investigating a property. Buyer coordination is appropriate when several listings, professionals and transaction milestones must be managed. Relocation coordination is appropriate when housing must fit immigration, employment and arrival timing. Vacant-home care begins after the client has a property and needs documented local presence.

What every BenScot scope includes

Every proposal identifies the client, intended outcome, countries, direct and partner-led responsibilities, deliverables, exclusions, communication channel, expected response time, expenses, data-handling rules and escalation route. This structure makes the service easier to compare and reduces the risk of assumptions between the client, BenScot and local professionals.

When BenScot will decline or refer a brief

A request is referred or declined when it requires a licence, professional opinion or geographic capability that has not been confirmed; when the client expects guarantees about price, title, immigration status, investment return or technical condition; or when the timeline does not allow safe verification. A transparent referral is preferable to accepting work that cannot be delivered responsibly.
