B2B and white-label delivery

Corporate mobility and destination-services support

Responsive, documented local delivery for employers, relocation management companies and agencies that need reliable Scotland coverage or UK–EU coordination.

Corporate clients need predictable delivery rather than informal local help. BenScot works from a written scope, agreed reporting format, service-level expectations and escalation route. The aim is to protect the relocating employee experience and the partner’s client relationship.

Controlled delivery

Progress, blockers and material changes are communicated through the agreed channel.

What this service does not replace

BenScot coordinates information, people and practical actions. The following work remains with the appropriately qualified professional or registered provider:

  • Representing qualifications, insurance or registrations not held
  • Providing regulated advice outside the written scope
  • Subcontracting without disclosure where approval is required
  • Using client data for unrelated marketing
Important: final availability, local partner responsibility, fees and regulated-service boundaries are confirmed in writing for each assignment.

Assignment communication standard

The mobility partner determines whether BenScot communicates directly with the employee, through a case manager or in a shared channel. Material changes—such as a rejected property, delayed start, access failure or cost above authority—are escalated promptly rather than left for the routine report.

Employee experience and duty of care

Practical destination support should be inclusive, respectful and based on the employee’s stated needs. BenScot does not make assumptions about family structure, disability, religion, ethnicity, nationality or personal preferences. Accessibility and safeguarding concerns are escalated through the partner’s agreed route.

Management information

For recurring work, BenScot can report assignment type, location, milestones, response time, completion, exceptions and client feedback without disclosing unnecessary personal data. The purpose is to improve delivery and capacity planning, not to create an intrusive employee profile.
